An exciting course, ECON/MGT 492 has been issued for summer. "MVS has an exciting announcement for students who are interested in the use of surveys to advise business decisions and to measure local economic conditions! This Summer Session A (5 weeks: May 27 - July 1), MVS will be offering ECON/MGT 492 to students looking for a hands-on opportunity to create a regional (Ventura and SB County) consumer sentiment survey. MEChA de CI’s Raza College Day event is open to ALL CSUCI students, staff and faculty, as well high school and community college students, and community members.
Check-in registration: 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Program starts at 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Location: Grand Salon

The Raza College Event’s goal is to create an inclusive environment where students can explore and learn more about education opportunities, connect with like-minded individuals, and engage with passionate speakers. This event will feature interactive workshops and informative booths all to inspire and empower the next generation students!
This event is an opportunity for local high school and community college students, as well as CSUCI students, to learn about some of the resources and opportunities that our university has to offer. This year’s theme is: Raíces de Resistencia -- Empowering our Future." The program will begin at 10 a.m. with check-in starting at 9 a.m. Our guest speaker will be mental health professional Vicente Garcia for the morning portion beginning at 10 a.m. We will be showcasing student resources, Ballet Folklorico De CI and Danza Azteca for the lunchtime portion beginning at 12 p.m.
